Thank you for shopping at Special Mercato. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier:

• US-based products: Estimated delivery 5–10 business days after processing.
• International-origin products: Estimated delivery 10–20 business days after processing.

Free shipping is available on select products as indicated on the product page.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at ingridmarilu90@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages Special Mercato is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
